If I could walk, I'd take the next bus to get a full body massage. But for now I'll just have to settle for a hot shower... This is gonna be hard, cause I have to stand. Someone buy me a fuckin shower chair, dammit!... My gym workouts did not do this, a certain person did. But I guess I can take 50% blame... I'm lucky I have off today... Maybe a walk on the treadmill will help...
